  • Weight for age
  • Carcass performance
  • Profitability

A combination of natural and artificial conception methods are predominately used to allow the herd to grow on a commercial scale, meanwhile still fast tracking our genetic progression.

The goal for our breeder herd is to be growing the most reliable Wagyu cattle in Northern Australia.

BULLS

We breed a selective amount of bulls a year, tailored to producers we work with for a highly specific purpose.

We have paddock bulls available for sale and lease all year round. With two joins, we are able to cater to clients and our own joins, optimising the amount of bulls used, to accelerate the rate of data return.

The goal for our bulls are to be as dynamic & versatile as possible, relied on to perform in any level of Wagyu production.

FROZEN

We are committed to genetic improvement at Bar H, the best way we can accelerate this growth is through artificial breeding.

We currently engage in IVF, MOET & AI programs multiple times a year.

Success in artificial reproduction equals affordability, and we achieve this with the people we work with.

The goal for our frozen stock is to not only be a great product breed wise, but also a product that is the best quality.
